24/7 emergency response · the Coastal Empire
Fire and smoke damage restoration
After the fire department leaves, soot and smoke keep doing damage. Board-up, soot and odor removal, and structural cleaning to get a home or business back — with the paperwork your insurer needs.
What's involved
What we do
- Emergency board-up and tarping to secure the property
- Soot, char, and smoke-odor removal from structure and contents
- Water cleanup from firefighting efforts, handled together
- Insurance-ready documentation of the loss
Locally, this is lower volume, but the highest-stakes job we handle.

Straight answers
Fire & Smoke questions we hear most
The fire's out. Why is speed still important?
Soot is acidic and keeps etching surfaces after the fire, smoke odor sets deeper the longer it sits, and the water used to put the fire out starts its own damage clock — in our humidity, fast. Board-up, water extraction, and soot treatment together stop the loss from growing.
Can smoke smell really be removed, or just covered up?
Removed — but only by cleaning the sources, not spraying over them. That means soot removal from surfaces and contents, cleaning or sealing affected structure, and treating air and ductwork. Cover-up products alone fade in weeks; source removal doesn't.
Do you handle the firefighting water damage too?
Yes — fire losses are almost always water losses too, and treating them as one job with one scope and one set of documentation makes the insurance claim cleaner and the drying faster.
